JONEALL'E I. HILL

Joneall'e I. Hill is a Lake County, Florida native with proud family roots dating back five-generations in Leesburg. Ms. Hill obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Pre-Law studies from the University of Central Florida. Ms. Hill graduated from Barry University School of Law with her Juris Doctor in December 2013 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2014.

Ms. Hill joined Brionez + Brionez, P.A as an Associate Litigation Attorney in 2022. She has represented and currently represents employers, businesses, corporations, special districts, and individuals. Ms. Hill has experience on both the plaintiff and defense side which is beneficial to clients because it provides Ms. Hill with a well-rounded understanding of legal strategies, allowing her to anticipate the opposing side's arguments, identify potential weaknesses on each side, and develop a more comprehensive and effective legal approach for clients, regardless of which side is represented. Ms. Hill is experienced in advising clients, handling pre-litigation matters prior to a claim or lawsuit being filed, litigation, and all the way through successfully handling bench and jury trials.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Hill represented the best interests of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in dependency court; she handled adoption cases; and unified family law cases. While Ms. Hill no longer practices in dependency and family law related matters, her prior legal work provided invaluable experience inside and outside of the courtroom which equipped her to have a down-to-earth and relatable approach in communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns which is essential for a successful attorney-client relationship and legal representation.

Whenever Ms. Hill is out of the office and courtroom, she enjoys spending time with her young niece and nephews, volunteering at her church, traveling, the beach, attending concerts, and trying spicy dishes. While in law school Ms. Hill ranked top 10% oral advocate in her class for Moot Court competitions and now as a practicing attorney, she enjoys volunteering as a chief guest justice for the law school's competitions.

Ms. Hill is admitted to practice law in all county and circuit courts in the State of Florida, Office of Judge of Compensation Claims, the Eleventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Lake County Bar Association.
